Experience the diverse ecosystems of Yosemite National Park without the crowds on this stunning loop. Starting at just over 4,000 feet above sea level, you’ll climb through chaparral and rocky lower montane, dense pine forests, and lush subalpine meadows while enjoying waterfalls, alpine lakes and stunning views of Yosemite Valley and Half Dome from the south. Peaceful creekside and lakeside camps mean ample time for relaxing, swimming, and even fishing! An optional summit of Buena Vista Peak provides even more panoramic views of the Clark Range and Yosemite high country. Cancellation Policy

Backpacking Trip Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and aim to provide a generous cancellation policy. For additional coverage, we recommend purchasing trip insurance. Our refund policy for backpacking trip cancellations is as follows: 60+ days before trip departure: 100% refund <60 days before trip departure: 90% refund <45 days before trip departure: 80% refund <30 days before trip departure: 60% refund Note for Half Dome backpacking trips: due to the high demand of these trips, we have a non-refundable $75 deposit in order to hold your spot. We are unable to provide refunds less than 14 days before trip departure. However, we are always happy to move you to another trip and work with you on certain exceptions.
