Backpacking Trip Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and aim to provide a generous cancellation policy. For additional coverage, we recommend purchasing trip insurance. Our refund policy for backpacking trip cancellations is as follows:
60+ days before trip departure: 100% refund
<60 days before trip departure: 90% refund
<45 days before trip departure: 80% refund
<30 days before trip departure: 60% refund
Note for Half Dome backpacking trips: due to the high demand of these trips, we have a non-refundable $75 deposit in order to hold your spot.
We are unable to provide refunds less than 14 days before trip departure. However, we are always happy to move you to another trip and work with you on certain exceptions. Please reach out to us at wildfloweradventureco@gmail.com if you need to modify or cancel a booking. Thanks!
